At The Medspa Marketing Shop, we want you to love your purchase! Since all of our items are custom-printed just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can make it right. Send an email to [insert contact email] with:

Order Cancellations & Changes
Because our products are printed to order, all sales are final once your order is placed. We are unable to modify or cancel orders after they have been sent to production. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
Lost or Stolen Packages
The Medspa Marketing Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors. We recommend reaching out to the shipping provider for further assistance.
Sizing & Fit
Since all of our apparel is made-to-order, we do not offer exchanges for incorrect sizing. Please refer to the size charts provided on each product page to ensure the best fit before ordering.
