We’re excited to get your order to you! Since all of our products are printed on demand, please review the details below to understand our shipping process and timelines.
Processing & Production Time
Each item is made to order, which means we don’t keep inventory on hand. Please allow 2-7 business days for production before your order is shipped. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or sales events.
Shipping Times & Rates
Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped via the selected shipping method at checkout. Estimated shipping times vary based on your location:
📍 U.S. Orders: Typically 3-7 business days after production
🌎 International Orders: Shipping times vary by destination and can take 7-21 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping speed. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to you! Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
The Medspa Marketing Shop is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are handed over to the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with your local post office or carrier for assistance.
Address Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order! We are unable to update addresses once an order has been processed. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may be able to reship it at the customer’s expense.
